Due to its high alpha acidity, Pacific Jade is often used as a bittering
hop, but its bold aroma of fresh citrus and spicy pepper makes for a
great late boil addition as well. Pacific Jade has great versatility and
can be added to all kinds of styles ranging from all ales to lagers to
barleywines, delivering a soft bitterness to the flavour.
