Belgian Ale, not only comes with Belgian Saison Yeast, it’s also double fermented to give the brew the unmistakable characteristic of a true Belgian classic beer. Make 36 pints of Belgian Style Ale which is a strong vibrant ale, double fermented using a true Belgian Saison yeast to really develop the intense flavour profile of a true Belgian style ale. Approx 7.5% ABV from a 3.5kg kit. No additional fermenting sugar is needed.

Oaked Ale, we’ve provided a bag of oak chips in the pack which the brewer can add to give the brew even more oakiness. Make 40 pints of rich, mellow ale with a wonderful oaked character to recreate the taste of ales stored and served straight from aged oak casks. This flavour is generated from the oak chips included in this beer kit. Approx 5.0% ABV from a 3.5kg kit. No fermenting sugar is needed

American IPA Make 40 pints of American style IPA which has wonderful floral and citrus hop notes which zing on the palate, balanced by a warm, sweet finish which comes about from the Citra hop pellets that are in this homebrew  beer kit. Approx 5.5% ABV from a 3.6kg kit. No additional fermenting sugar is needed.
