This kit contains 1.7kg of apple concentrate, and a strawberry flavour. The instructions provide details for making cider as well as a strawberry flavoured cider. It will need the addition of 1.3kg of sugar to produce 23 litres of strawberry cider with an ABV of 6%.
The kit includes an strawberry flavour sachet which is added after fermentation, this may produce a flavour that is a litlle overpowering for some, so we suggest only adding half first.
