Make 36 pints of Belgian Style Ale which is a strong vibrant ale, double fermented using a true Belgian Saison yeast to really develop the intense flavour profile of a true Belgian style ale. Approx 7.5% ABV from a 3.5kg kit. No additional fermenting sugar is needed.
