Wheat Malt emphasises the effervescent fresh-ness and the typical top-fermented flavour of wheat beer. It is produced from the highest quality brewing wheat. The malting processes adapted to the raw material highlight the particular qualities of this malt.
Use
This is a base malt for all wheat beers. It is perfectly suited top-fermented beers, light beer, Kolsch, ale, reduced alcohol and non-alcoholic beers.
Usage Rate
Up to 60 % of the grainbill.
