Vodka Star is the newest addition to the Alcotec range.
It produces the purest spirit of all the turbo's at the expense of speed.
It uses 6kg of sugar and will produce 25 litres of base alcohol solution of up to 14% ABV in 5 to 6 days.
This may then be used as is or for further processing.
Ferments within a temperature range of 17C - 24C.
Higher temperatures may result in the yeast producing a lower ABV.
