A Superb beer. Enjoyed by all the family, even those who claimed "not to like beer". A full bodied stout, delicious, full of flavour, only mildly bitter (hence girlies enjoyment!) and a hint of sweetness. Have brewed this 4 times, varying starting gravity (with sucrose) up to 1.075 so far; and using simple ale yeast provided, +- Bayanus or GV4 wine yeast to boost alc %. Yum yum yum !!!!!!! It's even frightened, but impressed my son-in-law !!!!!! :))
