280g Crystal 145 ebc
55g Tettnanger (Whole, 4.50 %AA) boiled 60 min
17g Hallertau Mittelfruh (Whole, 4.50 %AA) boiled 15 min
17g Tettnanger (Whole, 4.50 %AA) boiled 2 min
9g Hallertau Mittelfruh (Whole, 4.50 %AA) dry hop
Yeast: WYeast 2124 Bohemian Lager or WLP830 German Lager Yeast
Original Gravity: 1.050
Terminal Gravity: 1.009
Bitterness: 34.9 IBU
Alcohol (%volume): 5.3 %
Mash @ 67C for 60 min
Boil for 60 min
Sparge water @ 80C
mash volume 12Lt
top up with 8L at end of mash
batch 2 =14.2L
For extract version substitute the Pilsner malt with 2.8kg of extra light spraymalt.
