25 g. East Kent Goldings (Whole, 5.00 %AA) boiled 15 minutes.
25 g. East Kent Goldings (Whole, 5.00 %AA) boiled 0 minutes.
Yeast: Nottingham
Original Gravity: 1.045
Terminal Gravity: 1.013
Bitterness: 38.8 IBU
Alcohol (%volume): 4.2 %
Mash @ 67C for 60 min
Boil for 60 min
Sparge water @ 80C
mash volume 12Lt
top up with 8L at end of mash
batch 2 =14.2L
For extract version substitute the Extra Light Maris Otter malt with 2.8kg of Amber spraymalt.
